Weight Loss Tip: Eating Healthy On The Run

Whether your traveling or around the home, you don’t need to give up healthy eating simply because you are too busy to think about your
nutritional needs.  The fact is, healthy eating is even more important when your trying to keep up with a busy schedule.

Maintaining a healthy diet will help your body to handle stress better.  As you hustle about, a healthy meal is probably the last thing you think about.  The following tips can help you eat when you are traveling or just on the go.

Restaurants

With tempting menus, large portions, and a festive atmosphere, it’s easy to skip healthy eating.  It’s okay to splurge every now and then, although you
can gain a lot of weight if you make it a habit.  When you eat out at restaurants, always be smart about it. Most restaurants offer very healthy
alternatives to accommodate healthier eaters, take full advantage of that. Splurging can actually send your body into a tailspin, because your body will need more energy to digest the “not so healthy” splurge you just gave it.

Airports

An airport can be a very stressful place. Make sure you have eaten a healthy meal before you get there. And if you must only eat because you are hungry, not because of stress, boredom, or to kill time. The quality of airport food is not conductive to healthy eating!

In your car

Keep some healthy snacks in your car at all times, so that when you get hungry - you have them on hand. If you are on an extended road trip in the car, bring a cooler with enough snacks to keep you energized and alert. Pre-packaged “healthy snacks” can still add a large quantity of unwanted calories if that is all you are consuming.

At home

Evenings and mornings are busy times in most homes. Making the time to eat can be difficult, although you should never run out the door without eating breakfast first.  Cereal with milk, a banana, muffin, or even a bagel is a great way to start the day. Grab a piece of fruit for the commute to complete the meal.

Anytime you are on the go, you need to make sure that you making the right food decisions.  You can take healthy food with you if you, so that you have it then you need it.  Eating healthy on the go is easy to do, once you know how.  Never sacrifice healthy food for junk, as your body will regret it later.

Superior Approach = Superior Results.

FACTS:

• In order to lose weight (in a healthy way), you have to manage your hunger and burn body fat.

• Leptin is the master regulating hormone in your body that tells you when you are full. Leptin tells your body when to burn stored body fat.

• The Max Weightloss Accelerator System was designed from the ground up to support the leptin message.

• Dr. Ron Rosedale has been recognized as a world-renowned medical researcher and educator on the function of leptin. Following a thorough review of the Max Weightloss Accelerator System, Dr. Rosedale made this observation:

“My entire career I have worked with people having deranged metabolism and wanting to shed unwanted body fat. The way to alleviate this is to increase leptin sensitivity. The Max Weightloss Accelerator System provides the correct information and effective supplementation and tools needed to increase leptin sensitivity and thereby burn excess body fat.”

The Max Weightloss Accelerator System works naturally with your body rather than at the expense of your body.

Max WLX™, combined with MaxGXL and Max N-Fuze, creates the perfect system for losing weight in the healthiest manner possible.

It is my hope that each of you will take a serious look at not just the opportunity, but also the responsibility that each of us have to take these breakthrough products to the masses.

On behalf of the Max corporate team, I want to thank you for your passion, your dreams, and your excitement about Max International and its products.

Weight Loss Solutions, Are There Any?

Uncategorized | Posted by Amy McFarland

Over the past 20 years there have been so many products and supplements on the market targeting weight loss that it is not only oversaturated but just plain ridiculous! Millions are still obese!

So what does that mean? That means that all the companies that have been putting these products out there are after one thing, YOUR MONEY! Everything I have tried from pills to shakes have had one purpose in mind, to stop the number one symptom, hunger. With that having been said, the question that comes to mind now is, why are we so hungry?

The “hungry” reasons vary from person to person. For some it is emotional, others systemic and still others just no self control. But in the end, the reason then becomes the brain no longer gets the “I’m full” signal from the stomach because of our need to feed that hunger for so many years! The stomach just stops sending it because we have ignored it for so long. Some never had the signal to begin with.

So my battle begins with a revolutionary supplement that is touted for addressing the “cause” of hunger and fat storage instead of the symptoms! Wow! Now that makes sense! Join me on my journey that for over 20 years has eluded me, losing weight in a manner that my body makes the appropriate adjustments to keep it off! I am 6 weeks into this product and so far the results are:

  1. I’ve lost 1″ of body fat around my waste and hips (after 6 weeks)
  2. I eat all the healthier foods recommended in much smaller portions, walking away from each meal FULL! (within the first 2 weeks)
  3.  I now have enough energy to walk 1 mile per day, 3 mph (when the weather is not below freezing)
  4. My cravings for high fat foods is non existant, I could not even eat a pork chop last week! I love pork chops! (week #4)
  5.  The ease with which I am able to change what I am eating and how much is truly what amazes me without that “starved” feeling.

These changes may seems trivial to some of you but for me this is a big change! Everything else that I have tried lasted 2 weeks at best, then came the binge eating for the next two weeks because I suffered through the regimen feeling like I was starving!

I think I may be onto something really big here. I will keep you all updated on my progress. Photos will be available soon (still too shy to post them yet). But I am confident that this is a real winner!
